A realtors opinion of private sales

There are a lot of misconceptions about what is involved when selling your house privately on your own. People can have a less stressful experience, and often net more profit when selling their homes with a realtor, versus braving it alone through private sales. Today I take you through how I support my clients so that their selling experience is as stress free as possible, while also maximizing their profit on the open market.
